I'm a bureaucrat with a brush. And some paper and pens too. Between designing tax policies and mulling over the way things ought to be, I try to find the time to travel, paint, write and read (in no particular order). I live in New Delhi, but my home is in the suit case. I'm fascinated by the mountains and the sea alike (it's just the plains that drive me crazy). I write poetry and travellogues, just as I also write policy documents. And as I do all that, the eternal search for meaning continues.
